Terms and Conditions — JezBuzz Platform Rules

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the jezbuzz platform at jezbuzz.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and jezbuzz.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using jezbuzz immediately and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

To use jezbuzz, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jezbuzz does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing jezbuzz from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jezbuzz employee.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been permanently banned from jezbuzz.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one jezbuzz account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is a violation of these terms and will result in all accounts being closed.

When registering at jezbuzz, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jezbuzz username and password.
• You must notify jezbuzz support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• jezbuzz is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to use your jezbuzz account — is prohibited.

jezbuzz accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three primary mobile financial services used across Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount at jezbuzz is ৳100.
• Deposits are credited to your jezbuzz account balance in real time once confirmed by the payment provider.
• jezbuzz does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Using payment methods registered to another person is prohibited.
• jezbuzz reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal requests at jezbuzz are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect all players on the platform.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• jezbuzz aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Most are completed significantly faster.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account has not completed identity verification or if a bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
• jezbuzz reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Funds deposited but never wagered may be subject to a processing fee on withdrawal at jezbuzz's discretion.

jezbuzz offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback deals, and other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all jezbuzz bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to your jezbuzz account as bonus funds, separate from your real money balance.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• jezbuzz reserves the right to cancel any bonus if it suspects the offer is being abused, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Unclaimed or unwagered bonuses that expire will be removed from your account automatically.
• jezbuzz may modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

• The use of bots, automated scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players — including sharing cards, coordinating bets, or communicating during live games — is a violation of these terms.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs or glitches for financial gain must be reported to jezbuzz support immediately. Exploiting known bugs is treated as cheating.
• jezbuzz monitors gameplay patterns and reserves the right to void bets or winnings that result from technical errors or clear system malfunctions.

jezbuzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that violates these Terms and Conditions. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to:

• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Operating multiple jezbuzz accounts.
• Using another person's payment method without authorisation.
• Engaging in cheating, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• Threatening or abusing jezbuzz staff or other players.
• Any activity that jezbuzz reasonably believes constitutes fraud or money laundering.

You may also close your jezbuzz account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

jezbuzz collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that document. Key points include:

• Your data is never sold to third-party advertisers or marketing companies.

• jezbuzz is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from your decision to gamble on the platform.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout, jezbuzz reserves the right to correct the error and recover any funds paid out incorrectly.
• jezbuzz's total liability to any player in any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
